Refund and Returns Policy

We trust that you will cherish your Oak & Olive pieces, but we recognise that occasionally, expectations may not align. While we value flexibility, please be mindful that we don’t offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect decisions. 

For returns within Croatia, we’re happy to facilitate exchanges or refunds, provided your return adheres to the following criteria:

Initiate all returns within a 7-day period from the delivery date.

Ensure item/s are returned in their original condition, without damage and unwashed.

Return item/s in their original packaging.

Please be aware that Oak & Olive assumes no responsibility for loss or damage during return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery service and ensuring secure packaging. 

When placing an order with Oak & Olive, you’re accountable for the original shipping charges and the return shipping costs.

Oak & Olive retains the right to decline items not meeting the specified requirements. Items failing to meet our return policy will be sent back to the sender at their expense. Unauthorised returns that deviate from our policy and guidelines won’t be accepted.

Return & Exchange Process:

Submit your order number and return or exchange request via email to sales@oakandolivestore.com.

Please allow up to 24 hours for us to approve your return.

Once approved, dispatch your return parcel to the provided address below. Do not send your return until it has received approval.

Upon receiving your return, we’ll proceed with processing your exchange, or refund if eligible.

Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Please note that after a launch, processing times may extend to 1-4 business days for the order to be shipped due to increased order volumes.
